ABA Therapy Services
At Thrive Behavior Center we believe in providing individualized ABA therapy services for each of our clients. Therefore, we encourage our families to participate in a variety of Autism therapy services and other programs that may be effective for the clients to the extent that they wish.
Please note that the programs and ABA therapy services described below are not exclusive and we often tailor each program to fit the specific needs of each client.
In-Clinic ABA Therapy Program
Our In-Clinic ABA Therapy Program is available at our Clear Lake clinic. In this program, our BCBA’s focus is on acquiring new skills, maintaining existing skills, and decreasing unwanted behaviors. This is a clinic-based, one-on-one service. Full-time, half-time and hourly tuition packages are available, hours are from 8:30 am-3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Our New In-Home ABA Therapy Program is Enrolling Now!
The natural setting of in-home ABA therapy allows opportunities to directly address your child’s everyday needs through 1:1 individualized care. For those clients whose needs do not fit into our other models, we do offer a consultation service. To provide the best care, we are offering three, 2.5-hour session time slots per day. These sessions may be booked Monday – Friday between 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
Parent Communication
Thrive Behavior Center is dedicated to giving families the support they need. In order to do that, we communicate with you in a variety of ways:
- Daily Notes – Every client leaves each session with a daily note, hand-written by the therapist who worked with them that day. This details how the programs went, what your student did well on, and what they need to practice more. We can also detail any individualized requests such as food intake, bathrooming, language, etc.
Monthly Progress - Notes – Every client receives a monthly progress note. This note details the quantifiable progress on each skill and behavior plan. You will get a summary of progress and the future goals for the program.
Quarterly Parent - Meetings – Parents are welcome to call a meeting at ANY time. However, we will ask you for a meeting each quarter to review progress, check in with how things are going at home, and look at future goals.
Observation – We have an open door policy for any parent to watch any session at any time. We encourage parents to use the camera room to watch sessions so as not to disturb the therapy session.
